Just great, I can get to grips with most tech things, but the live chat support is just a massive time saver, bear in mind the instagram growth with these guys is a fraction of what you'd pay with the big names too. Cannot recommend this company high enough, If there were 10 stars they'd get my vote.

I moved to Krystal from Fasthosts in February, and i couldn't be happier. Half the price and triple the service. Their Live Chat is excellent, and they answer within minutes. Jack on Live Chat and Kris on the ticket support are extremely helpful. They have just help me with settings to link a MySql ODBC Connection to a MS Access database which is on my home desktop.
